How do I set the Daily reminder?

To reduce the risk of missing a day of tracking, you can use the daily reminder function. In order to set the daily reminder:

  1. Tap the ☰ menu icon

  2. Tap on Profile and Settings

  3. Tap on Daily reminder

  4. Enable the daily reminder and set the time you want to be reminded each day
